I made bean burgers today! Based on melomeals’ “3 ingredient veggie burger”. Super easy. Very tasty. I’m out of bread so I put them on romaine.
Recipe I used:
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Onion and garlic powder to taste

Mash everything up. Form into patties. I cooked mine on my housemate’s George Foreman grill rubbed with a very thin coating of coconut oil.

Makes 7 good sized burgers. ~150 calories each.
